The place, a club restaurant, is easily accessible for those coming from Limassol and/or Larnaca. The food is amazing, and we believe it will be a pleasant afternoon/evening for all who will partake.

On Saturday, 16 February 2019, IMA Cyprus held a “Get to Know Me” event at the Library Hotel and Wellness Resort in Kalavasos. The fireplace added to the warmth and harmony where old and new members introduced and talked about themselves in an inspiring atmosphere over coffee / tea and savories.
Training for members and other future events were also discussed and the enthusiasm of all participants was identified in further promoting friendship and IMA networking. Members were presented with vouchers for face/body treatments kindly offered by the Cyprus College, through our member Maria Tramountantelli, the Co-ordinator of the Educational and Social Committee. Evi Christodoulou, Website and Social Media Committee, gave us a valuable travel kit kindly offered by her employer company A.J. Vouros Ltd.
The dinner which followed, was much enjoyed and the Cyprus and French wines added to, yet another, successful IMA event.
The Radisson Blu Hotel in Larnaca invited IMA Cyprus to hold its first in the new year working meeting on Saturday, 26th of Jan 2019. Mr George Liveras, the Sales Manager of the hotel, welcomed all members and escorted them to a familiarization tour of the hotel. Radisson Blu is a real gem in the Mediterranean, offers high quality standards, upscale amenities, inspirational atmosphere and it certainly meets with the requirements of the most demanding clientele .
Members then proceeded to a brief working meeting and were abreast with developments on pending issues and cut the vasilopita also kindly offered by the Hotel Management. Zoe Mouskou was the lucky winner of the accommodation for two nights for two persons at the Radisson Blu!!
The sumptuous lunch was impeccable and we were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all staff.
A big thank you to the Hotel Management and especially to the Sales Manager, Mr George Liveras, for his best attention and personal time spared for the success of our event.

Celebration for the new brand of EUMA: IMA – INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS
The International Management Assistants Association (Cyprus Branch) celebrated their new name/brand on 26 April 2017 on the Annual “Management Assistants Day” which is usually celebrated during the last two weeks of April. IMA Cyprus organized a cocktail reception, an event placed under the Auspices of Mrs Androulla Vassiliou, Former European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth, a long-standing supporter of the Association. The celebration took place at CVAR Foundation. The program included a short welcome address by the Chairman of IMA Cyprus, Mrs Agathi Konizou and a speech by Mrs Liana Kontou, an ex member of IMA Cyprus, who shared the value of her “Life Journey and Experiences in EUMA/IMA”. Liana Kontou supported the event as an entertainer as well by playing the piano during the arrival of the guests. Members of IMA, ex-members, spouses, Employers/Directors of IMA members and close friends of IMA were among the attendants. IMA is an international network of management support professionals, who focus on their personal development and on the future changes in their profession. The encouragement of the members' individual development and the constant evolution of the management support profession, are a few of the Association's aims. IMA aims to become an “umbrella association-network” for the voice of high calibre professionals at top management level. A blend of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Office Managers and other professionals who support the top management, like qualified professionals from Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and more. The profession of management assistants is going through some major changes to embrace the digitalisation of the business world and the new working methods. IMA are taking a step ahead in future developments to meet the requirements of the current members and to be attractive to generations Y and Z now entering the business world.
