Cultural & Networking event at the Basket Weaving Museum - Choirokitia

SUNDAY, APRIL 2, 2023

IMA Members, their families & friends had a wonderful time learning how to prepare and weave with bamboo to prepare the Cypriot baskets.  During the visit is where culture, tradition and gastronomy met 😊 with the visit to the museum, the traditional Cypriot decorated rooms and the home-made delicacies of Mr Petros Nikolaou who makes on the sport the traditional halloumi cheese and other traditional Cypriot delicacies which we had the opportunity to taste!

No wonder the Basket Weaving Museum is categorised under the "Heartland of Legends" by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism of Cyprus.

Christmas Get-together Dinner, 9 December 2022

Gevsikleous Tavern - Nicosia

IMA Cyprus members got together for some Christmas cheer and raised their glasses to welcome the festive season & the New Year 2023!

It was an enjoyable evening accompanied by a delicious dinner and the tunes of the Duo musicians of Gevsikleous Tavern.

The Demystification Project

An interactive self-development event on the topic of "The Demystification Project" with Guest Speaker Mrs Maria Militsopoulou, CEO of YouDream Consulting, Inspirational Coacher & a Business Member of IMA Cyprus.

Mrs Maria Militsopoulou guided us though the importance of Growth Mindset and Positive Outlook being the tools to achieve personal development and will touch on topics such as:

Administrative Professionals' Day Celebration - Sunday 22 May 2022

To celebrate Administrative Professionals’ Day, IMA Cyprus Members, families & friends got together for an outing to the Rose Festival in Agros Village on Sunday 22 May 2022.

They visited the oldest traditional Rosewater Factory where roses are distilled,  Then to the Rose Factory by Chris Tsolakis and learned about the various exquisite products deriving from roses including in cosmetology, walked through the open-air rose exhibition and various kiosks that sold traditional products.

Members also enjoyed buffet lunch at the Rodon Hotel and cheered to all the Administrative Professionals in Cyprus and around the world!

IMA Cyprus Annual Training Day, Saturday 19 March 2022

IMA Cyprus Members participated at the Annual Training with the theme "Confidence: How to increase it and get rid of your fears" presented by Mrs Vasiliki Christofi, Trainer & Coach at ConiCon Training & Management Consulting.

We gained more insights on how to:

• Claim more things!
• Recognize and deal with our fears!
• Express your opinion without thinking what others will say!
• Saying No!
• Have the power to take risks!

Get to Know Me No2 - Saturday 19 Feb. 2022

IMA Cyprus held the “Get to Know Me No2” event on Saturday 19 February 2023 at the Καφενείο Λυσιστρατη in Nicosia. The gathering gave the opportunity to members to open up about their personal & professional journey giving the opportunity to learn more about each other.

The cosy atmosphere of the venue added a warm note to the gathering where we also had the opportunity to cut the traditional Vasilopita.

Our member Froso Agrotou was the lucky coin finder who won a beauty gift kindly offered by Pharmacy Angela Markou

Πραγματοποήθηκε με επιτυχία η εκδήλωση του Συνδέσμου μας με ομιλήτρια την κα Κατερίνα Χριστοφίδου με θέμα «Το Ταξίδι μιας Γυναίκας Επαγγελματία στην Κορυφή!»

Με την ολοκλήρωση της ομιλίας έγινε ανταλλαγή απόψεων μεταξύ των συμμετέχοντων και της κας Χριστοφίδου και δώθηκε η ευκαιρία για περαιτέρω γνωριμία των συμμετέχοντων και networking.
